Press release: Sutton Québec celebrates 30 years of success in the province
MONTREAL, Quebec, Canada - January 31, 2025 - Sutton Québec, a major player in the real estate sector, celebrated its 30th anniversary last night at the Sheraton Hotel in Laval. It was an opportunity to celebrate a journey marked by success, and especially marked by a strong commitment to its 17 franchisees, 1,500 real estate brokers, and many employees and partners who today make up the great Sutton family.
This anniversary was also an opportunity to honour them for their hard work, their passion and their contribution to the success of the company over the past 3 decades.
At the heart of this musical celebration, awards were given to several exemplary members. These awards were presented to those who embody the company's core values on a daily basis and who make the Sutton brand shine every day throughout the province and in Ottawa. The loyalty and dedicated services of several long-time brokers were also highlighted, some of whom joined the company's ranks at its very beginnings in 1995.

A moment of great emotion also marked this evening. Indeed, a check for $20,000 was presented to Ms. Cécile Arbaud, Executive Director of the organization Dans la rue, as a token of support for their mission. This surprise donation reiterates Sutton Québec's ongoing commitment to this cause that is very important to its organization and its franchisees, who already share an amount with the organization during each real estate transaction.
Yesterday's ceremony is the conclusion of a year of significant festivities under the banner of innovation and renewal for the Sutton brand, which notably launched its new brand image last June during the "Sutton: Invested in the Future" evening.
