Shania Morales-Lihon

Born and raised in Montreal, Shania is of Peruvian and Guatemalan descent. She is also trilingual, being fluent in French, English and Spanish. A longtime resident of the city's southwest, Shania moved from Verdun to Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and became co-owner of her first condo in Griffintown at the age of 21.

Before obtaining her broker's license, Shania earned a DEC in Health Sciences at Cégep de Saint-Laurent and is completing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at HEC Montréal. She began working for the City of Montreal as a National Lifeguard and now manages personnel and clients as an Aquatic Coordinator, further developing her strong management and teamwork skills. Through her own real estate investments, Shania has gained a solid understanding of the scope and complexity of such transactions.

The clients' well-being is paramount for Shania and she prides herself on helping them find the ideal space to suit their needs, wants and lifestyle. She excels at this in part thanks to her passion for interior design which perfectly complements her extensive experience in real estate. Shania’s altruism, transparency, open-mindedness and understanding are among her greatest strengths, while her background as a lifeguard and coordinator has taught her to solve problems in stressful or emergency situations. These varied experiences, in addition to Shania's innate ability to listen and share, have sharpened her rigour, her diligence and her unparalleled organizational skills.
