Richard Casny

Richard Casny is a residential Real Estate Broker who focuses on high end properties in Montreal, Westmount and the West Island.

Growing up in Beaconsfield, Quebec, Richard's passion for real estate was sparked at a young age as he was exposed to various aspects of construction while helping his family build new homes and make home improvements. As he also lived in downtown Montreal for some time, Richard has maintained relationships with some of the city's top investors.

Richard's passion continued with his own real estate portfolio, purchasing older homes and updating them to present day building codes. He also improved his tennant's units and their quality of living in the multiplex he owned, giving him valuable experience in property management.

Richard has been in business and self-employed since his early 20's, buillding music schools and music stores ensuring that students have the most qualified teachers. Richard has a hands-on approach and believes that a broker should underpromise and overdeliver.

Richard has honed his skills as a knowledgeable negotiator who can build a bridge between parties to close a deal even in the most difficult circumstances.
