We are looking to expand our team with an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant for a position in one of our agencies.

Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the agency's daily operations. You will be responsible for:

  • Reception and communication: Welcome clients in person or on the phone, respond to emails and general inquiries.
  • Administrative management: Prepare, classify and archive documents (contracts, mandates, letters, etc.).
  • Monitoring of client files: Support brokers in managing their electronic files and ensure that all documents are compliant and up to date.
  • Marketing support: Help update real estate listings, manage social networks and support communication campaigns.
  • Other administrative tasks: Contribute to various projects and tasks according to the team's needs.

Desired profile:

Professional skills:

  • Organizational skills and priority management.
  • Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and, ideally, real estate software such as Nexone Office and Matrix.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in a real estate agency would be an asset.

Personal qualities:

  • Versatility and adaptability.
  • Customer service and professional attitude.
  • Autonomy, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in administration, secretarial work or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) desired.
